Processing time for individual items 2-4 business days. Delivery dates are estimated during check out stated as per USPS, UPS, DHL.

Customs & Import Taxes; Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns+Exchanges

All products are produced to order so we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However if your order meets any of the criteria below;

  • Wrong style, size, or color from what was ordered,
  • Damaged item(s) due to poor packaging/during shipping,

please submit your evidence along with your claim to shop@cyclesandphases.com ASAP.

For the fastest resolution, make sure to includes photos clearly demonstrating the error mentioned above together with the original shipping label.

After receiving your evidence, if it is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund accordingly:

  • Replacement: We will send you the correct item at no cost to you.
  • Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on the payment processing speeds of providers and banking channels.

Lost+Damaged Mail

To report lost/stolen mail or Damaged item(s) during shipping, please submit your photo evidence along with your claim to shop@cyclesandphases.com ASAP.

After receiving your evidence, if it is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
